Booking

Any booking made on the dar-awil.com website implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Rates

Rates displayed are in euros, all taxes included. Local tourist tax may apply and is payable on-site.

Payment

Payment for your stay is made on-site, upon arrival at the riad, in cash (euros or dirhams) or by bank transfer upon prior agreement. No online payment is required to confirm your reservation: your contact details are sufficient. Local tourist tax is collected directly at the riad.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival date. After this deadline, or in case of no-show, the first night may be charged as compensation.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 2 PM, check-out before 11 AM. Late check-in is possible upon prior request.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Essaouira courts.
