Booking data (name, email, phone, stay dates) — necessary for processing your stay.
No banking data is collected by the website: payment for your stay is made on-site, upon arrival at the riad.
Anonymized statistics via Plausible (no third-party cookies, no profiling).

Data Processors

To manage bookings and room availability, we use the Beds24 platform (Beds24.com Ltd, Hong Kong). When you complete a booking from our site, your data is transmitted directly to Beds24 via an integrated booking module (iframe). Beds24 acts as a data processor and applies its own GDPR compliance and security measures. Please refer to Beds24's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Booking data: 5 years for accounting and tax purposes. Form data: 1 year.
